MOR Solutions Customer Survey

Recently, MOR Solutions conducted a customer survey to gather our customers’ feedback and suggestions regarding our products, services, website and social networking. Moreover, our aim was to gather critical information that is crucial for our prospective developing strategies.

I would say that I am experienced enough with conducting surveys, designing questionnaires, analysing data to safely say that it was never so easy and effortless to create a web-based survey than this one.

To conduct the survey, I used one of the most widely-used survey software tools, SurveyMonkey, the leader in web-based survey solutions that can be used for business, home and charities.

To begin with, I found it was very easy to create the web-based questionnaire. The basic structure of SurveyMonkey is user-friendly, extremely flexible and simple to use. In addition to selecting different question formats from multiple choices, different multiple choices with multiple answers, rating scales etc., I was able to customise my survey design with my own theme, company logo and afterwards create a thank-you page.

Whenever I had questions, I contacted the Survey Monkey Help Center and got an answer within an hour, which I found to be really good customer service.

So, the survey was prepared and sent out. Then afterwards, the tense waiting? Not at all! I got some immediate replies and what’s more I could also track a person's identity through the survey. I was able to find out who had completed, partially completed or not completed my survey.

And the best one? Finally, I don’t need to analyse data with Excel or more complicated SPSS anymore! All data containing charts could be exported as HTML, CVS or as a PDF with no problems.

All in all, I have no complaints with using this tool and thereby do fully recommend it. Survey Monkey is user friendly and extremely flexible when you want to create surveys, access their results and save time.

Time is gold!

So, if you want to start a survey and need a hand – ask me!
I'd welcome any requests and questions!
