Knowing what your customer wants is a key factor to success in any type of business and as the needs of customers can change over time, it's important to know if you are meeting their needs. In February we conducted a customer survey to get feedback on our service and to ask customers what they need in terms of product offering.
We had a great response to our survey, a huge thank you to all our customers for their feedback.
To show our appreciation, all customers who responded were entered into a draw for a €100 One4all gift card.
All those names were placed into a 'hat' and the draw was held today (March 9th) in our offices. Rose pulled a name from the hat ........drum roll...... and the winner is:
