Thanks for agreeing with my points. I have several more that I'll post later on that hopefully you'll also concur with.

You made a great point about the missed opportunity after someone spends so much on building a website.

I'm a fan of Kevin Costner and while the baseball oldies came to his field of dreams, the saying 'if you build, they will come'...isn't really reality.
